Our HR Department supports all 450 people who work for the Volkswagen Group and comprises Learning and Development, HR Advisory, Operational HR, Pensions, Organisational Design, Compensation and Benefits, Facilities and Ex-Pat support.
No two days are the same and as a business we don’t stand still so its important that our HR team have energy and focus to help us achieve our goals. You could be supporting our Board of Management to identify top talent, improving our impressive Head Office facilities, supporting employees with queries, or helping them plan their career, or ensuring we have the right people in the right places to help us achieve our ambitious goals for the future.
Our HR team have backgrounds in Investment Banking, Retail, Leisure, Financial Services, Consultancy and FMCG.
