Individual personal development is tailored to each employee and based around their own ambitions, the areas they would like to excel in, and following consultation and guidance from the HR team. Each year your own personal development plan is drawn up in conjunction with your line manager and HR.
We offer coaching and mentoring support to employees, and offer more senior members of management the opportunity to act as mentors themselves, or to have executive coaching. Our programmes are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
